SSSAYS is a healthcare community built for candid questions, real experiences, thoughtful discussion, and useful sharing. These Rules protect open conversation while preserving the privacy, safety, authenticity, and usefulness of the community. SSSAYS is for people age 18 and older, subject to the eligibility requirements in the Terms and Conditions.
These SSSAYS Rules (“Rules”) apply to your use of https://scalysssays.com and its related website features (the “Service”), including posts, replies, comments, profiles, polls, scales, images, links, and Marketplace participation, as applicable. “SSSAYS,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the provider of the Service. “You,” “your,” and “Member” refer to the person using the Service.
These Rules form part of the SSSAYS Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Questions, reports, and requests for authorization may be sent to admin@scalysssays.com.
Speak freely. Speak responsibly. Discuss institutions. Protect individuals. Challenge the idea. Don't attack the person.
01 Protect people and confidential information
Do not identify real people in public community content. Do not post names, phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, external social media handles, or other information that directly identifies you or another person. Keep identities out of the conversation, including your own.
Do not disclose information you are not authorized to share, including, without limitation, privileged communications, trade secrets, confidential business or employment information, nonpublic research, account credentials, or private information about another person. Removing names may not be enough; images, metadata, dates, locations, and unusual circumstances can reveal identities or protected information.
Patient privacy receives heightened protection. Do not share patient names or any combination of facts, images, dates, locations, diagnoses, circumstances, or other details that could reasonably identify a patient. Clinical discussion must be sufficiently de-identified before it is shared.
These restrictions do not prohibit references to SSSAYS usernames or authorized business identification and contact details in the Marketplace or other features approved by SSSAYS. Those uses do not authorize exposing a Member’s real identity, unrelated personal information, or confidential material.
02 Share experiences responsibly
SSSAYS welcomes candid discussion about schools, hospitals, residency programs, employers, vendors, professional systems, and other institutions. You may describe negative experiences and express strong opinions.
Speak from your experience and distinguish opinion from fact. Do not present speculation, rumor, or an unverified serious accusation as an established fact. Do not knowingly publish materially false or dangerously misleading claims on any subject or present fabricated sources as genuine. Good-faith questions, disagreement, criticism, and clearly identified opinion are not prohibited merely because they are disputed.
03 Challenge ideas without attacking people
Strong disagreement, criticism, sarcasm, and reasonable adult language are permitted. Harassment, bullying, threats, intimidation, discriminatory abuse, or repeated targeting of another username are not.
You can strongly criticize an idea, policy, or recommendation. Do not turn disagreement into a personal attack.
04 Discuss professional topics responsibly
SSSAYS is a social network for discussion, education, and sharing experiences across healthcare and related fields. Content is not individualized medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional advice or services. Participation alone does not establish a professional relationship with SSSAYS or another Member.
Do not use SSSAYS to diagnose a person, prescribe or direct individualized treatment, instruct someone to start or stop medication, transmit clinical orders, establish a professional engagement, or replace independent professional judgment or qualified assistance. SSSAYS is not an emergency or crisis service.
05 Contribute without unauthorized promotion
Community content is not a free advertising channel. Commercial selling, solicitation, affiliate links, referral codes, recruiting for commercial purposes, undisclosed promotional activity, or advertising disguised as an ordinary user recommendation is not allowed without SSSAYS' prior authorization.
Members may discuss products, services, and vendors based on genuine experience when relevant. A material or economic relationship must be disclosed, but disclosure does not itself authorize promotion. Businesses seeking commercial access must work through SSSAYS and its authorized channels, including the Marketplace when applicable.
Authorized Marketplace participation is governed by Section 14 of the Terms. Vendors remain responsible for their branding, materials, offerings, and required permissions. Authorization for a listing does not authorize promotion elsewhere in the Service or use of SSSAYS’s branding beyond the permission granted.
06 Share what you have the right to share
Share your own work, experiences, explanations, and materials, or content that you have the right to distribute. Do not upload, reproduce, or distribute copyrighted or restricted materials without authorization.
This includes paid textbooks, journal content, lecture materials, protected question banks, board-preparation questions, leaked exams, answer keys, pirated files, and third-party images or documents that you do not have the right to share.
07 Keep SSSAYS honest and human
SSSAYS is a human community. Automated participation requires SSSAYS' express authorization. Do not use bots, AI agents, scripts, or automated systems to create accounts, publish, reply, vote, participate in polls, submit reports, or manipulate engagement without permission.
Using AI as a personal tool to help draft, translate, organize, or improve your own contribution is not prohibited. Do not use AI to fabricate personal experiences, impersonate human participation, or present synthetic experiences as things that actually happened to you. Review AI-assisted contributions before publishing. You remain responsible for their accuracy, rights, and compliance with these Rules.
Do not impersonate another person or entity, create accounts to simulate multiple independent participants, coordinate fake engagement, evade enforcement, manipulate consensus, or conduct unauthorized bulk scraping, crawling, or harvesting of SSSAYS content.
Do not distribute malware, bypass security measures or account restrictions, or interfere with the Service.
08 Do not facilitate harm fraud or cheating
Do not use SSSAYS to plan, solicit, facilitate, or provide actionable assistance for illegal, dangerous, fraudulent, or dishonest conduct.
Do not request or distribute leaked exam questions, answer keys, or improperly obtained testing materials; falsify licenses, certifications, transcripts, clinical hours, medical records, prescriptions, credentialing documents, excuse letters, or signatures; or use SSSAYS to coordinate scams or fraud.
Legitimate educational, professional, safety, or experiential discussion of misconduct and sensitive subjects is permitted. You may discuss misconduct; you may not use SSSAYS to facilitate it.
09 Obtain approval for research and organized surveys
Do not use SSSAYS to recruit research participants, distribute surveys or questionnaires for academic or commercial research, solicit data for those purposes, or conduct organized research involving the community without SSSAYS’s prior written approval.
Ordinary polls, scales, and questions used to exchange opinions or experiences in community discussion do not require separate research approval merely because they collect responses. They remain subject to these Rules. Labeling an organized research or commercial data-collection activity as an ordinary poll does not avoid the approval requirement.
Researchers, students, institutions, and organizations that want to collaborate with the SSSAYS community must contact admin@scalysssays.com first and obtain authorization. SSSAYS approval does not replace required institutional, ethical, regulatory, or participant approvals and consents.
10 Keep sensitive content purposeful
Healthcare sometimes requires discussion of sexual health, reproductive medicine, anatomy, injuries, procedures, mental health, substance use, suicide, self-harm, and other sensitive subjects. Legitimate clinical, educational, professional, or experiential discussion is permitted.
Sexually explicit content without a legitimate healthcare or educational purpose, sexual solicitation, sexual harassment, exploitative content, or gratuitous graphic material is not allowed. Graphic clinical material, if permitted, must have a legitimate purpose, be sufficiently de-identified, and be appropriately labeled as sensitive.
Sexual exploitation of minors, unlawful sexual content, and nonconsensual intimate depictions, including synthetic or manipulated depictions, are prohibited regardless of any claimed educational purpose.
11 Help us protect the community
Use Report when content or a user’s conduct may violate these Rules, including, without limitation, exposure of a person or confidential information, threats, harassment, dangerous misinformation, spam, impersonation, fraud, or unauthorized commercial activity. Report in good faith and provide accurate information. Avoid repeating or redistributing sensitive material when reporting it.
A report is an allegation, not a finding. An urgent report may temporarily restrict content before staff review. Keeping or restoring content does not establish endorsement or approval. Individual reports and decisions are generally handled through private notices and authorized review, as described in Sections 11 and 12 of the Terms.
Do not misuse reporting tools to suppress criticism, manipulate discussions, or target another user.
For an eligible moderation appeal, follow the instructions and deadline in the notice or the available Notices and Appeals area. A participation restriction does not, by itself, prevent access to available notices or appeal controls. If you cannot access them, contact admin@scalysssays.com. Filing an appeal does not automatically restore content or participation.
A person depicted in nonconsensual intimate content, or an authorized representative, may request removal at admin@scalysssays.com without an account. Section 11 of the Terms describes the request requirements and applicable removal process. Do not attach or redistribute the intimate image when a link or other identifying information is sufficient.
12 Editing and deleting content
Section 9 of the Terms governs editing and deletion. Subject to account restrictions, content status, and available controls, Members may edit their own main posts, replies, and comments without a fixed time limit. Members may delete their own content only before another Member has interacted with it or its associated thread. For a reply or comment, responses within its branch also count. Interaction includes, without limitation, replies, votes, reactions, and Helpful activity. Removing an interaction later does not automatically restore deletion eligibility.
Once another Member has interacted, eligible content may still be edited, but the author may no longer delete it. Do not edit deceptively or materially distort what others responded to. Changes to a poll’s question, options, scale, or meaning after voting begins may be restricted or require a new poll.
Authorized administrators may edit, redact, restrict, close, withdraw, or remove content, including main posts, replies, comments, and Scaly content, regardless of age or participation. Closing participation does not itself remove the existing conversation. Withdrawing or removing the central post from public access also withdraws its associated replies and nested threads from public access, including through profiles, saved items, search results, and direct links. Authorized staff may retain access for review.
13 AI and SSSAYS
SSSAYS may use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and other automated tools, where implemented, to operate, protect, develop, and improve the Service. Uses may include search, classification, suggested tags, recommendations, translation, moderation support, spam and bot detection, safety, analytics, and product improvement. Automated results can be incomplete or incorrect. The absence of a warning does not establish that content is safe or permitted.
These uses do not authorize Members or third parties to automate participation or harvest SSSAYS content. Permissions to use submitted content and any materially different future uses, including proposed licensing for training third-party general-purpose AI models, remain governed by the Terms and applicable notice and consent requirements.
14 Enforcement and interpretation
These Rules are applied according to both their text and their purpose. The examples are not exhaustive. SSSAYS may act when content or conduct creates risk to people, the community, or the Service, even when the specific situation is not listed above.
SSSAYS may keep, hide, edit, redact, remove, or restore content and may warn, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts based on context, severity, recurrence, risk, and community protection. SSSAYS is not required to follow a fixed sequence of measures or provide advance warning in every case. Sections 11 and 12 of the Terms govern moderation, notices, and appeals. These Rules do not restrict lawful reporting to authorities, protected whistleblowing, or other activity protected from contractual restriction by applicable law.
Updates to these Rules are governed by Section 21 of the Terms. If these Rules conflict with the Terms, the Terms control, subject to any applicable feature-specific provision expressly providing otherwise. If the English and Spanish versions of these Rules are inconsistent, the English version controls.
We all have something to SSSAY.
